Every item is handmade. Please allow up to 1-4 weeks for the making and delivery of your item once it has been purchased. This may change depending how many orders I have and you will be notified if there is a change. If you have any questions then please let me know.
DELIVERY
At the moment we just ship to the UK and when the parcel is despatched it normally takes 1-5 days.
Parcels are sent via Evri and the flat rates for shipping are £4.00 when you spend under £100 and free when you spend over £100.
READY MADE ITEMS
These items will be despatched within 1 week but does not include delivery time. We work to make sure your purchase is dispatched as soon as possible.
REFUNDS
Custom and made to order garments are non-refundable.
If there is a fault or problem with your order we will work to ensure a replacement , exchange or credit note once an item is received back. If we cannot find a solution to your problem we will issue a refund of the purchase(post deducted). We cannot accept returns for something that has been worn or has been returned to us more than 14 days after postage.
DAMAGES
Alicethelabel do not take responsibility damaged or lost in transit. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
